PREACHER Season 2 Promo Videos leading up to June 25th Premiere on AMC!

DC All Access chats with the principal cast and filmmakers for PREACHER Season 2 (premiering Sunday, June 25 at 10/9c on AMC), which essentially brings folks up to speed about what the series is about, from a P.O.V. of folks not necessarily have been keeping tabs about the show (IMHO).

"He’s left his church and town in the dust (literally) and is hitting the road! In this #DCTV clip, we check in with the cast of Preacher on what we can expect from the show’s sophomore season, which finds Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy on a search for God… and on the run from the Saint of Killers."

For folks not in the know, the show PREACHER is based off the comicbook from DC’s Vertigo Comics’ imprint, created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Steve Dillon (featuring painted covers by Glenn Fabry), and was/is the reason for my nerd-love for the series.

And while the first season didn’t exactly “WOW” me as I had expected it to be, what actor Dominic Cooper said (in the video above), that “the story in Season 2 begins as the comicbook did”, so I have my homes up again :p
