Dude, I am SO READY for this! Especially after devouring Netflix's Daredevil Series 1 a coupla days ago, and after having see the teasers for Jessica Jones, I am ready for her now, to rock my grimy world! MUAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA

And while I may not be totally enamored with her role in "The B in Apartment whatever", Krysten Ritter looks absolutely amazing here.

In this trailer, we get to see "Luke Cage" (AKA "Power Man" - played by actor Mike Colter … Luke is partner to "Iron Fist" in the comicbooks, fellow "Heroes for Hire") and also doing the nasty (they are a couple in comicbook-life, and even have a baby together), the silhouette of the "Purple Man" AKA "Kilgrave" (whose plotline with him and Jessica intact it seems, played here by actor David Tennant), and "Patricia “Trish” Walker" (played by actress Rachel Walker - Patricia/"Patsy" is "Hellcat" in the comicbooks). This should be FUN!

Essentially in comicbook-world, Luke Cage and Jessica have a relationship and are married, and have a child together. But before that, Jessica - while starting out as a brand new super heroine - had been under the mind-controlling spell of The Purple Man, and for 8 months, he held sway over her, and made her do criminal things, commit murder, and it would be interesting to see if the TV adaptation addresses his treatment of her sexually, or otherwise.
