Cartoon Networks’ JUSTICE LEAGUE ACTION

Justice League Action is an American animated television series based on the DC Comics' Justice League superhero team. The series will feature the adventures of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and rotating members of the Justice League - which as of Episode 6, included Martian Manhunter (Ep.1), Hawkman (Ep.2), Firestorm (Ep.3), Swamp Thing, John Constantine and Zatana (Ep.4), Flash and The Joker (Ep.5) and Blue Beetle (Ep.6).

DC Comics characters positively SHINE with joy here, and the goofiness at some junctures might leave a crooked brow or two (i.e. a red-neck sounding "Lobo"?? LOL), but entertains without compromising (too) much of source characters, IMHO. I seriously doubt Marvel comics characters might do well - if at all - in this concept.

Such a difference to their celluloid counterpart in the Snyderverse, but totally kin to their The CW-counterparts on the teevee! KUDOS all around!


One of the main reasons why it worked so well for my viewing considerations, are that they are (approximately) 11 minutes in duration, each episode! So more action, concise character depictions and story-telling with quicker resolutions, and lesser filler sequences!

ALSO, the character designs are similar to Bruce Timm’s evergreen “Batman Adventures”, and slight updates/revisions/liberties have been made for existing characters, which would make for great action figure toys, seriously! Somebody make it happen, please!
