Cast Announcement Video for ALTERED CARBON Season 2 on Netflix

Netflix has since announced/revealed the CAST of the second season of ALTERED CARBON. In season 2, Anthony Mackie takes over the role of "Takeshi Kovacs / Elias Ryker" (played by Joel Kinnaman in S1), and is joined by Simone Missick (Trepp), Dina Shihabi ( Dig 301), Torben Liebrecht (Colonel Ivan Carrera), James Saito (Tanaseda Hideki), Renée Elise Goldsberry (Quellcrist Falconer) and Chris Conner (Poe). "Altered Carbon S2" is now in production, with no premiere date revealed as yet.


WHAT-IS: "Altered Carbon is an American dystopian science fiction cyberpunk web television series created by Laeta Kalogridis and based on the 2002 novel of the same title by English author Richard K. Morgan. The first season consists of ten episodes and premiered on Netflix on February 2, 2018." (Wiki). A second season of eight episodes has since been announced.


... maybe now it the right time to watch Season 1 ... Yes, I may have been blogging about it, but have yet to watch a single episode, because I somehow knew there might be a cliffhanger, and it would've bugged me to heck waiting for S2 (:p), or more likely (I suspect) that watching Bladerunner 2049 somewhat put me off the genre ... maybe?
