Based on the manga series "Kangoku Gakuen - Purizun Sukuru -" by Akira Hiramoto (first published February 7, 2011 in Weekly Young Magazine), PRISON SCHOOL has since been adapted into an anime (with 12eps since ended on air by September 2015), and now comes a "live action" television series!
One of the better (but not necessarily "the best" way, IMHO) ways to describe this series, is by it's classification under "Ecchi" ...
"Ecchi (エッチ etchi?, pronounced [et.tɕi]) is an often used slang term in the Japanese language for playfully sexual actions. As an adjective, it is used with the meaning of "sexy", "dirty" or "naughty"; as a verb, ecchi suru (エッチする), with the meaning to have sex; or as a noun, to describe someone that is seen as lecherous. It is perhaps softer than the Japanese word ero (エロ from Eros), and does not imply perversion in the way hentai does.
The word ecchi has been adopted by fans of Japanese media to describe works with sexual overtones. In Japanese, the word ecchi is often used to describe a person's conduct, but in fandom, it has come to be used to refer to softcore or playful sexuality, as distinct from the word hentai, which connotes perversion or fetishism. Works described as ecchi do not show sexual intercourse or genitalia, but sexual themes are referenced. Ecchi themes are a type of fan service, and can be found in most comedy shōnen and seinen manga and harem anime." (Wiki)
Herein lies the tricky bit … activities and actions, while in the manga and anime form might be categorized as "Ecchi", in the live-action format, it is just a hair's breath short of "hentai", but somehow in a "safe" way - and while I'd hardly say "tasteful", it is not "tasteless", I suppose … - and not that tis because I am a "prude" (…far from it *cough*), but for the lack of visual "completion", or outright exposed personal naughty-bits imagery, one would have to imagine being peed on LOL
And while I do not have videos to compare, below are the anime sequences, with which they attempted in live action (very close too :p):

But putting all that aside, the tv adaptation is all in good fun, I suppose, or more likely attempting to bank on the hype this series has been getting? Regardless, enjoy the "WTF?" moments (as they are a plenty), and giggle at the tom-foolery unveiling before you on screen!
The series is being directed by Noboru Iguchi (The ABCs of Death, The Machine Girl and RoboGeisha), to which loads of folks (online) had left their faith to, to provide a decent result tho … 監獄学園 first aired October 25th, 2015 and is still on going.
I cannot help but feel, as an anime or even manga, the humor might "work" in that context … but as a "live action", it becomes over-dramatized, and the scenes become a downright farce, and a cheekily naughty farce at that! So do not expect any cerebral nourishment from this, and I am happy looking at Vice President Meiko's over-spilt breasts and upskirt panty-shots LOL
