PREACHER Mini Figures from Titan Entertainment
Titan Entertainment has announced their first Preacher TITANS Collection. No specific release dates nor prices have been revealed thus far, so you’d do well to check in with your fav retailer(s) for availability and pricing, methinks. Shown below is the figures chart featuring rendered-drawings too.
PRESS: "Our debut wave of 3" Preacher blind-boxed TITANS vinyl figures are based on season one of the pulse-pounding AMC show - developed by Sam Catlin, Evan Goldberg & Seth Rogen; starring Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga & Joseph Gilgun and based on the legendary, multi-award-winning Vertigo comic-book series created by Garth Ennis & Steve Dillon.
This debut blind-box wave contains 3" TITANS of the Preacher himself, Jesse Custer; his homicidal girlfriend Tulip O'Hare; his best friend (and wayward Irish vampire) Cassidy; the forlorn Eugene "Arseface" Root; the relentless, not-to-be-trifled-with Saint of Killers and many more of the deeply-strange residents of Annville, Texas!
Each figure is 3” blind-boxed and some figures come with a character-specific accessory.
PLUS: 4 hidden chase figures for you to hunt and collect!
PLUS PLUS: one very rare Super Chase figure (1 in 288)!!
PLUS PLUS PLUS: one incredibly rare Ultra Chase figure (1 in 576)!!!" (Source)
“TITANS vinyl figures” are characters designed in “super-deformed” / SD-style (ala Pop!Vinyls), standing 3-inch tall mini figures with limited articulation, and are licensed depictions available “blind boxed” (AKA “random inserts”). Titan Merchandise has had in recent years produced a slew of mini figures from (predominantly) television and film properties, such as ALIEN, Breaking Bad, Battlestar Galactica, Cartoon Network, Dr Who (whom I managed to review a few figures for back in 2013).
We don’t really get as much TITANS mini figs here as much as older releases at higher price-points, alas … so as much as I am currently LOVING season two (not so much season one, truth be told), it looks I’ll be twiddling my toy-thumbs here as far as I’m concerned … *sadface*
